Sally smiled. "Yes I loved it. The extreme fear that you get before you step on the rope or the rush you get when you tip over a bit." Sally said. "It was wonderful."

"Adrenaline rushes." Prudence said, relishing her own memories of those rushes. "I love them."

"They are the best." Sally said. "Do you have anything you do that gives you that rush like a hobby?"

"I am a witch. You can figure that out for yourself." She said, smiling. "But if you ask my mother, I'm amazing at needle point."

Sally laughed. "I can't picture you sitting doing needle point like a good girl for some reason." she said. "Fire dancing in front of you face or stirring a cauldron on the other hand."

"Well, my mother may be ignorant about me and my usage of my gifts." She said. "And I may just actually enjoy needlepoint."

Sally smiled and put her hands up. "Hey I can't really knock it, never tried it." she said. "Your mom ignorant of your gift in entirety? Or does she just not know you use it?"

"Second one." She said, smirking. "I believe the one time she caught me using it, about a month before my training began, she began calling me a demon and locked me in my room for two weeks. So I'm not going to push my luck."

Sally shuttered.
"That must have been hell. Are your parents really religious? Like strict Catholic?" Sally asked. "I hear they don't like witches."

Prudence rolled her eyes.
"No organized religion likes witches. I'm not actually sure. You see, my parents go to church, but most children worship at home in this religion until they come of age, so I never actually found out." Prudence said. "I really don't care, you know."

"I guess that's true. I've never gone to church, so i wouldn't know." she said. "Hmm It seems odd to me not to know your own parents, but I guess it is different for everyone."

"I don't care to know the man that calls himself stepfather and my mother and I have never seen eye to eye on anything, so it's ok for me." She said. "Are you close to your parents?"

"Ahh. Were you and your father close?" she asked. "We used to be, yes. But they passed."

"I'm sorry." She said. "We weren't especially close. He died when I was three. But I think we would have been. He had powers too, so he would have known what I am going through."

"Ahh, love, you are not the cause of sickness and therefore it isn't your fault." Sally said with a sad smile. "Hmm Is craft an inherited thing? Like it runs in the family?"
