"No, I'm not putting you down." Delvin said holding her tighter limiting her moving space. He walked in to the bakery. "You are not fat, love. If you would like to see someone fat, just look at Ron up there."
Ron walked up to Delvin smiling. "Ahh! Hello, there. I see you have brought a lovely young lady with you." Ron said giving Thena's hand a kiss. "I do have ample padding. Keeps me warm in the winter." Ron patted his stomach.
Delvin's face broke out in a wide grin. "Thena, this is Ron. Ron, meet Thena." Delvin introduced them.
"Isn't she the young lady that stumbled into our modest town square yesterday?" Ron said. Delvin nodded. "Well, then lad, You and my nephew seem to be finding the oddest beauties these days. First that red head, May I believe and now this Thena! I must say you two are very lucky!"
Delvin blushed. "Uh, I'm not going out with her, uncle." Delvin said.
Ron's face fell the brightened again. "Ahh, well! What do you need, lad?" Ron exclaimed.
"Just some honney bread and a other treats, I don't care what." Delvin said.
Ron smiled and went to find the food.

"I told you I'm not eating! What are you going to do, force the food down my throat?" She asked. "I don't like food!"
She was rather taken aback the by the insinuation that she and Delvin were dating. She had met him yesterday and so far was not really liking him. He had picked her up and taken her to a restraunt to force her to eat for God's Sake!

"Yes i will." Delvin said.
Ron went wide eyed. "A girl who doesn't like food! Oh dear, oh dear. Delvin you have given me a challenge now haven't you?" Ron said. Delvin smiled- well smirked really. Ron smiled. "Well, I love challenges! Let me see. Let me see..." Ron went back to finding food, but now he was being more careful with what he was choosing.
Delvin knew that Ron would make the girl eat, Ron had a habit of making people that didn't like eating love it. "You not fat, why don't you like eating? Food is awesome. It is also essential for health. You could probably have enough strength to get down if you ate and staid heathly." Delvin said.

"Maybe I'm lazy and just don't feel like getting down right now?" Athena suggested, avoiding the "why don't you like eating?" comment. Not even going there right now. "And there are other ways to get nutrients than just eating. I'm still healthy! Now, would you please put me down?"

Delvin deliberated for a second. He had an idea but he wasn't sure if it would work.... "How about this, you let Ron feed you and I'll put you down. Otherwize nope!" Delvin said.

Athena thought it over. On one hand, she gets down and doesn't get carried around. But then she would have to eat and would probably get sick, since if you go from not eating to eating then you could get sick. And she didn't want that. So...No.
"No dice." She said.

Delvin shrugged. "Okay then," Delvin said.
Ron finished finding what he wanted. He wrapped it up in a package for Delvin. "Well, laddie! Here is your food!" he exclaimed.
"My money is in my bag, uncle. My hands are a little full." Delvin said.
Ron pulled out some of Delvin's money- less than the bill. He put the food and the rest back in the bag. "There you go! Now you have fun, and make sure that girl eats something!" Ron said holding the door for Delvin.
"Thanks, Uncle!" Delvin said leaving.

"So I'm assuming I'm off the hook with the whole eating thing. And now you have to suffer carrying me." Athena said, adamant about the fact that she was overweight and believing that she was probably a heavy load. "I can hold the bag for you."

"Nah, I'm used to the weight of the bag, it would be odd with out it. Carrying you isn't much of a chore, you so light." he said to prove his point he threw her up and caught her. "No, you not off the hook."

"Ack!" She said, being thrown up. When she landed she had to catch her breath.
"If you insist upon carrying me, could you please NOT throw me up in the air?! Are you trying to give me a heart attack?" She asked. "And we had a deal. If you didn't put me down, you had to let me off the hook about not eating!"

"I don't remember saying you would be off the hook for eating. I remember offering a deal. That didn't include what would happen if you didn't agree to the deal." Delvin said. Now he had even more arsenal.

"And what shall become my torture until you decide to put me down?" She asked. She was suddenly terrified. What terrible things could he think up? Throwing her around? Teasing? Something else?

Delvin just smiled and didn't say a word. He had a couple ideas, Brambles was pretty easy to annoy.
