[Gabe]

"No, You are right I do not. There is no one in this city that does on a regular basis except maybe the king and his council." Gabe said. "You eating three times a day would be a sight to see."

[Lily Lamont]

"The king and his men throw away enough food per meal to feed the entire Herring family and friends." Lily ranted. "Not to mention when there is an especially important day and they eat more. No one has enough food right now. And he's just wasting what he gets, like the rich bastard he is."

She didn't like the king. On either side. Or that Count Luke guy on the Rasselian side. They all seemed like douchebags.

[Gabe]

"That is what royalty does, though. They over eat and waste while their people waste away. It has been shown in history. There are very few royals that will give up extravagance for their people and the ones that probably would never make it to the throne." Gabe said.

[Lily Lamont]

"Screw history! It's time for a change!" Lily said. "You know! Overthrow the government and make it a republic. We can elect people that we know and trust as friends and neighbors to lead us and not go power hungry. And if they do, we can take them out of office!"

[Gabe]

"As good as that sounds, not everyone in the country knows one person." Gabe said. "How would we take over the government in the first place?"

[Lily Lamont]

"Rioting Gabriel! Total political upheal! We shall overcome! Besides, eventually the king has to die. And since he doesn't have a kid yet, given he's like twenty, we can just prevent said kid from being born. And then when the country is in chaos, we, the youth will rise up and protect our people!" Lily said.

[Gabe]

Gabe nodded. "So, What will the government be like once we take over? How would everyone be able to vote? Who would be able to vote?" Gabe asked.

[Lily Lamont]

"We elect officials from our small rebellion to lead us while we go through the chaotic transition period. If you can drink and have lived in this country for two years and have no immediate plans of moving, you can vote. We set up a two round way of elections. First we have our nominations and then we have our election." Lily said. "How you vote is after a week or so of reviewing your options, we have this day where you go down to your town hall and you write down who you want to win on a sheet of official paper. You can only vote once and we have people making sure you only vote once. After the day is over, said people count the votes. They then report the votes back to an official who will add up the scores and declare a winner."

[Gabe]

Gabe nodded. "Who will these officials be? How spaced out would they be?" Gabe asked. "We would need a lot of people for this rebellion and we would have to keep it under wraps so it isn't crushed before it has a chance to get crushed."

[Lily Lamont]

"We would have the leaders of the rebellion vote on who would be the most trustworthy. And obviously this rebellion has to be large, but still unknown. Kinda like how the Crescents were until 70 years ago. And even then they were still myserious." Lily said. "We can probably even use the Crescent base, since they would probably be up to something like this."

[Gabe]

Gabe nodded. "The crescents took years among years to get up their numbers to where they could take over the government. It would be a huge commitment to take on." Gabe said. "Maybe this would be a better idea to end the war in Rassel then instead of taking over our government."

[Lily Lamont]

"Rassel is our goverment, love." Lily said. "Our king is their pawn. If you haven't noticed only the common people are fighting this. And yes, but if we can get even twenty people together, we have the beginnings of something amazing."

[Gabe]

Gabe nodded. "We would." Gabe said. "I still don't get why the king is their pawn. You would think given how head strong he used to be that he would fight more before giving in. The Rassel government probably have something over him."

[Lily Lamont]

"Gabe, you shouldn't confuse his father with him. His father was an amazing leader. But ever since our current king took the thrown 20 years ago, everything has gone down the tube." Lily said. "And of course the Rassel government has something over him. That douchebag of a count has information that we could only dream of."

[Gabe]

"He and his father could be very similar. Most parents and children are. We just don't see it because he is being controlled by the Rassels." Gabe said. "That count must have had a mental break."
