Jay was meeting Amaya around here some where, where was this chick? Ama? Ama my love?
Then she saw her, grinned and waved, but she didn't notice, so Jay slipped up next to her friend and slipped her arm through Ama's and asked, "whatchya looking at?"

It was late afternoon by the time Amaya had managed to get out of the house. She was still tired from the last weekend and the current week of sleep deprivation. There was just so much paperwork to go over and so much stuff to do with the Crescents, but the amount was getting better.
Amaya's eye was caught by a nice brooch. It would look nice on that new dress of Elly's or maybe on a choker for Sera. Hmmm..She could pin it to a hat or something....
Jay slipped her arm through hers and said something. Amaya turned to her.
"Oh, just that brooch. Not sure if I want to buy it though." She said. "What do you think? And hello dear."

Jay smiled.
"Hello, darling." she replied. "It is a very pretty broach, you could probably do a lot with it. How much do you think it is?" Jay looked around a bit for the price tag.
