Researching lies ~Open~

[Dante Smith]

(ooc. an open post means anyone can respond to it, so if no one has responded before you, go ahead and write a reply!)

Dante had been given a job by his father to research the histories of the known Crescent members. The list wasn't long, and alot of the people on it had been crossed out due to death or imprisonment, so it was a fairly easy job.

He was in the library part of the headquarters, looking in records and files.

He read the list until he came to a few names that weren't crossed out.

They read:

21.Morgan Leelan

22.Marianna Tommlinson

23. Aldrick Jensen

24. Amaya (last name unknown)

25. Tom Cartalin

One name just stood out to him above all. Amaya. The girl from the forest. The one who came to his office a few nights ago and said that she couldn't ever see him again. She was a Crescent?!

"WHAT THE F***K?" He shouted out in the library. Someone walked over to him and tapped him on his shoulder. He turned to face the person.

[Charles Allen]

"Hey," Dante's friend Charles. "Whoa, calm down Dante. Whats up?" Charles asked. Dante's face looks hurt and enraged.

[Dante Smith]

"You remember that girl I was telling you about? Amaya?" He said. "Well look on this list."

He pointed the name out to Charles.

"Amaya isn't a common name to begin with and she doesn't have a last name. Who else could it be?"

[Charles Allen]

"Uh........... Welll.......... Sorry dude..... I don't know. At least she is number 25." Charles said, feeling bad he couldn't comfort his friend more. Dante really had liked Amaya.

[Dante Smith]

"Well, yeah, but still. She's a Crescent member. Someone should go find her and arrest her." Dante said. "I should go find her and take her in. Maybe then she might have a shot at living through that."

[Charles Allen]

"Okay. Where would she be? She's probably already out of town." Charles said.

[Dante Smith]

"First, I can see if she knows anyone in town that might know where she lives. Then I could go back to where I first meet her, in the woods and ask the Woodland Settlers if they know her. Then I could also ask around some of the smaller towns in the area too." Dante said. "But I won't. I'm not going to go after her. If I see her doing something illegal, I'll arrest her, but otherwise, if I see her, I'm going to leave her alone. I don't even know if it's her that is on this list."

[Charles Allen]

"Good choice man." Charles said hoping that for once Dante wouldn't change his mind like usual.... "Come on lets get out of here you need some air."

[Dante Smith]

(ooc. we can end this here, and then just go to the tea shop post permanently. that would be easier.)

"Ok, let's head over to Dody's Tea Shop. I've heard good things about that place." Dante said. Dante did change his mind alot about somethings, but in this case, he was set in his ways. He was going to let her go unless her physically saw her doing something illegal, even if it was just littering.
