Elly curtisied.
"I'd dance again, Uncle, but someone has to go keep Dad company." She said. "I must be off. But I think Auntie Jay's available."
She went to her dad, who was in a heated argument with Aeron. Of course. She turned and saw May sitting down for a moment. She went over to her best friend.
"May! Darling! Mrs. Black!" Elly said, hugging her friend. "How are you? Has Phyre gotten you drunk yet?"

May smiled and hugged Elly.
"It is amazing being called Mrs. Black." she said. "Not as far as i know, but he is getting close. Considering I haven't seen any fights, well not including Aeron and Uncle Dante, but that was expected. Though they both better keep it in control and not come to blows."

Elly put her hand on May's hand. "May, dear, it's hte name of the puppy we killed. And the last name of the person who currently owns the puppy I'm going to adopt's name." Elly said. "Yup! Like I said, we're naming him Blade Bean!" She said. "Aeron's totally jealous. But Dad and I have been planning to get a dog when Aeron moved out for years now. We could never agree on the dog until now. Mom was even in on it back when she was around."

"He didn't. He wanted a grown dog that was like a guard dog. He's a dog person, but only tough dogs. Mom wanted a three headed dog that he refused on threat of death to get" Elly said. "And I'm changing the locks to keep my brother out. I'll give Dad a new key, of course. But Aeron is not coming back until one month after he's out. And Seraphina is actually being sent to finishing school for a little bit. Dad says that no daughter of his will be a whore. Only a drunk."

Dante walked away angriliy from his son and towards his daughter. His one good, and he used that term loosely, child. Who was talking about their new dog.
"I see your telling May about Blade Bean." Dante said, sitting down with them. "You see May, she's got her mother's stubbornness. I wanted to get a Doberman and name him Charliehorse and he would strike fear into the hearts of invaders, but she insisted on Blade Bean the St. Bernard. "
He hugged his niece.
"Congrats cutiepie." He said.

"Sera? Finishing school. I truly hope she comes out in one piece. I should have known you would change the locks." May said.
Dante joined them and May smiled.
"Ahh, Of course. I should have known. But St. Bearnard's do grow to be very big, Uncle Dante. Though, Dad might be dissappointed with the name. He was looking forward to a dog named after him." May said. "Thank you, Uncle Dante." May hugged her uncle back.

"They're also NOT known for fierceness and viciousness." Dante said. "We're going to have to get two dogs Elly."
He looked at his niece.
"So, does your favorite Uncle get a dance? Or do I have to dance with her?" He said, looking pointedly at his daughter.
