Tis a strange thing to find one's self in a yellow wood with the roads divurged, but as this was no yellow wood and the road was fairly straight, it was even stranger.
A young girl walked alone, though if you asked her she would swear it was not so. For how can one be alone when one is surrounded by blogis? Or so she would say. Though what blogis is, no one really knew but her. But it plagued her constantly.
Of course, she is also an inattentive girl, so it escaped her notice when a person walked next to her and said hello. It wasn't until they said hello again did she notice.
"Oh, fardum." She said.

Aislin was pretty mad, she really didn't like her family right now. They had made her move from her amazing Home country, to here. A warring, unstable, dirty, unbearably non-rainy country. Stupid Onsoka.
She noticed a girl walking in the forest as well and thought to say hi. Which she did, twice before the girl noticed her. "Hi there, lass."she said now that she got the girls attention. "What's your name?"

"Names are names, given to us by those who care for us. But do they really care? Or do they just pretend. Some pretend, but some do care. Of course, most are a mixture. But then how much do they pretend?" Moria said. "My mother didn't care, but my father did. He said he liked me. He named me Moria."
Moria bent down and picked a flower and smiled.

Aislin looked at the girl. "I guess that is a way to look at it. With that in mind my grandmother cared about me and named me Aislin." she said. "It is pleasent to meet you Moria." Not what she had expected for her first meeting in the new country.

Moria noted the accent.
"You aren't from here. Of course, neither am I. I don't live in the woods, that's just silly. No one's lived in these woods for ages, but I don't think you're from Onoska. Then again, no one is. Every migrated here over a thousand years ago and became Woodlands, who are now gone. Then we split off and became more groups." Moria said. "Of course, one can argue that since it wasn't Onoska then, we've always been here."

Aislin nodded, though she had no idea what a woodland was.
"Your right I'm not from here, and I wouldn't expect you to live in the woods. It isn't as silly as it is just not normal. Some people have lived in the woods, some did where I'm from, Emerald Isle. They were few,but they did." Aislin said."I guess you can say that you have always been here, as of now there is no proof."

"Oh there is..." She said. "Some live forever here and remember. Others lives are fleeting and they remember nothing. Some live long and remember some, but still die in the end."
She looked up from her work on the flower. It was crushed and managled.
"Where is the Emerald Isle?" She asked.

Aislin raised her eyebrows. This was most definatly a very odd girl.
"Emerald Isle is off the coast a ways from Onsoka and Rassel. About a two month ship ride from the coast." Aislin told her. She shuttered a bit at the memory of the sail. "Depending on your wind of course."

"Two months....It was two months ago..." Moria said. "Wind. Wind can be tricky, depending on when you go, even on the time of day."

"What was two months ago?" Aislin asked. "It does depend, Wind has many many moods."

"Two months ago? Nothing. Nothing was two months ago. Of course, nothing is now as well. Nothing is always here and always around. But then again, what about something? Does that always occur, or is that only around when nothing isn't? But if nothing is always around, then something is never around and then something must get very lonely." Moria said.

Aislin smiled.
"Well, Something can always occur. Just in a different spot as nothing. Nothing can always be around but not in an exact spot and when nothing isn't in that spot, then something fills the place." She suggested.

"But nothingness is rather large and earth sized." Moria said. She looked up at the moon. Why was she walking at night? Was she walking at night earlier? She thought she remember the sun, but then again it might have been the moon. They are related after all. The moon was bright. Probably as bright as it had ever been. Despite the time of day, the moon shone light as bright a the day time.
"The pale moon shines like high noon." Moria whispered.

"But the universe is even bigger." Aislin said. She took a peak up at the sky, Night was always best for walks. "I guess it does. The moon some people think is just a reflection of the sun. That it is a huge mirror in the sky. Others think it is cheese. Some even think it is a sleeping goddess."

"The moon....It is made of cheese you know. Blue cheese, most say. Some even say green cheese. But those people also eat green eggs and ham with Sam." Moria said. "I think it's yellow cheese, since it's so pale."
