"Whenever she gets into a bad mood or we're running low on prepared food, which she says is not good, since she can't cook, clean, and run after a six year old boy version of me at the same time." Resa said. "So every two to three weeks. The last cycle of this would have been...last week. Wow, something's got her worked up."

"Yeah, she tends to get mad when this idiot comes back to town." Jay said pointing at Damion. "Granted that hasn't happened in a while but from time to time. Well at least she is a good cook! How is your little brother doing?"

"Liam? Great. He takes after Dad alot." Resa said. "Really good kid. I'm lucky to have such a cute little brother. I absolutely adore him. And so does Drew."

"Thats not something you hear often from siblings. I swear Charlie's family absolutely hates each other." Jaysn told her. "I'm glad you guys get along though."

"I begged for alittle brother for so long. How could I not love him?" Resa said. "Do you have any younger siblings Damion?"

"No, not that I'm aware of. My parents left when I was 13 and left me with the blacksmith as an apprentice." Damion said. It had been awhile since he had practiced though. When he got back to the settlement maybe he'd start again, just start to settle down.

Abby burst through the door with her eggs and her husband in tow. He was, of course, informed of everything. He was just as confused as her, but seemed determined that they work this out, seeing as how they had a child together, though said child was clueless about all of this.
"Fine Ryan! Whatever you say!" Abby said. She and her husband went back into the kitchen. "Resa, you can go with Drew and Naomi now. Their waiting for you."
Resa ran from the kitchen quickly.
"Jay, you know Ryan. Damion, this is my husband, Ryan Longbow." Abby said.

Damion stuck out his hand to Ryan. "It's nice to meet you." Damion told him. Damion did mean it. He had gotten over Abby in that way while in prison. All he wanted to do now was make up and be friend again.

Ryan nodded and shook Damion's hand. "It's good to meet you." Ryan said. "But If you'll excuse me I need to check on some things." Ryan retreated from the room.

"How are you?" She said, through gritted teeth, making her dislike of him obvious now that her husband had left the room.

Damion shot a look at Jay. Abby obviously didn't want to have this dicussion. "I've been as good as can be expected," he awnsered as politely as possible. "How have you been?"

"Buono come previsto." Abigail said. "Buono come previsto."

Damion nodded and pretended he knew what that meant. "So that was Resa? She seems really nice. Defiantly polite."

Abby, who had turned back to cooking, turned around to face him stunned.
"She was polite? Wow. She's a good kid, but she's a little bit of a "free spirit" as her father calls her. She's never been much for politeness, preferring to just blurt out the truth." Abby said.

"She seemed polite to me. She tried calling me sir a few times." Damion said. That sounded a lot like Abby in her own way.
