Charlie heard Dante's comment and grinned, having an even harder time constraining his laughter now.
"I would have thought you did already." he whispered back, quickly. He felt Jay give him a glare, and May elbowed him.

As she passed by her dad, after hearing his comment, she mouthed "Fuck you". Her dad mouthed right back "That's illegal." Now both Dante and Elly were having trouble containing their laughter. Lily decided to slyly flip off someone in the crowd on her side, so now Lily and her person were struggling not to laugh. Basically the entire wedding party and the audience going to have an anaroism from trying not to laugh.
They reached the priest, just as solemn as ever. If that was possible.

May had looked around the people in the pews. There weren't many, but they all meant a lot to see there. Three people were missing, and for that May bowed her head.
When she looked up she met Phyre's eyes, and smiled, wide. They made it to the end of the aisle and Lily and Elly took their spots opposite Phyre and Delvin. She turned to her dad, who's face still had a smile on it. "Ready, Daddy?"
He dad smiled, and gave her a kiss on the cheek. "I love you, my little girl."
"I love you too, Daddy." May said, tears starting in her own eyes. Phyre stepped up and Charlie gave her hand to him. The two men exchanged nodds.

He gave his speech. Now it was time for the vows.
"Do you, May Wobin, take Fywe to be youw wawfuwwy wedded husband?" She said her piece.
"And do you, Fywe take May Wobin to be youw wawfuwwy wedded wife?" He said his piece.
"I now pwounounce you, man an' wife. You may kiss de bwide." He said.

During the ceremony, he could hear different people's reactions- thought he was just so happy to just look at May.
Phyre heard the words and did so- Passionately.
When the kiss finished,they turned to the guests and told them where to go next. They went to the front to say good bye to some of the guests that couldn't make it to the reception.

When they finally came to the reception there weren't many people there, but Phyre was okay with that. He looked at his new wife. and smiled. "Lets go be social."
May smiled nodded and entered. "Hey guys!"

Elly was the first to hug the new couple.
"Gosh! I'm going to miss you guys! Promise you'll come and visit as often as you can! I'll be sure to spring for nonfruit beer." She said. "Fruit beer is just unnatural."

May hugged her friend tight while laughing.
"Ah, Elly, If your paying I'll even drink the non fruit beer. You know the fruit stuff is the best." May said.
Phyre on the other hand' said. "Elly, Your choking me!"

As Elly walked away someone started playing a song and as customary, Phyre and May went on the floor for their first dance. After more people had joined May started to be passed around.

Lily, after having danced with Aeron, Uncle Charlie and Uncle Dante, had no partner for the next row of dances. Kinda came with having no boyfriend and your "husband" of 15 years missing. She sat down, bored.

Charles was dancing with his daughter and Jay's feet were starting to hurt so she sat down next to Lily.

"Usually the scandals happen after the drinks are poured so we might as well start them early. BARTENDER! Two Drinks Please!" Jay said.
