[Delvin Oak]

Delvin looked Thena in the eye, his eyes had fire in them, "Not worth my life, my family, not worth my soul." Delvin said. Murder was never a joke to him, ever.

"It is right up there, about five more minutes by the looks of it." he said.

She looked back, her jaw set with steely look and a determined, rather angry face. It wasn't just his reaction to her suggestion. It was everything. She was mad.

"Good." She said, icily. There was malice and steel in her voice, as well as anger and even a trace of....pain. "I can't wait to never see you again."

Delvin's eyes softened. He decided he was going to change the mood- probably from angry to a different kind of angry. And kissed her.

She actually kissed him back. It was kinda an intense moment. She had never hated anyone more than she hated him in that moment. But she still kissed him back. And she didn't know it, but that did speak miles about her feelings.

Delvin broke the kiss and waited to see what Thena's reaction was. He was kind surprised that he hadn't been smacked yet. It had been the reaction he had been expecting...

She realized what they had just done. They had kissed. No big deal and no big crime. But it was still rather earth shaking, since she had pretty much declared herself anti everything he does. So why had he kissed her? She, standing in shock, had her hands over her mouth and was staring up at him in an awestruck gaze. Her eyes were filled with surprise, confusion, stunned horror, and almost everything else under the sun. But not anger. She wasn't angry at him.

She started backing up, her face still shocked. She stopped when her back was against a tree. And her voice cracked out a "What the?"

Delvin was confused. The girl looked shocked- not angry. Completely shocked. And of course he smirked. "What? I to good of a kisser for you?" Delvin said.

[Athena Thoreley]

Her arms went back down to their normal postion and her face got some of it's fire back. And she went towards him angrily. She put her hands behind his head and kissed him.

He was shocked for a couple seconds and then go over it and kissed her back. He wasn't really thinking. In the back of his head he knew this was just stupid and two people that basically hated each other trying to show each other up. He shut that voice up.

So it was rather inevitable, with the way things were going that they would end up somewhere else. Like the ground. And it was also kinda inevitable that they would end up naked.....

And when the sun came up the next morning, Thena was actually not the first up, since she was prone to sleeping in until around nine. And today was no exception. Sleep is good. It good for the soul. Like cookies.

Delvin was up first, which gave him time to think. What the heck had he done? He had know the girl for what? Three days? Not even that. His thoughts became incoheront cursing himself.

He saw Thena waking up a bit. "Morning?" he whispered.

[Athena Thoreley]

"Morning." She said, with a soft smile. Inside, she was raging. What the hell had she done? She was never this impulsive before. What if something bad happened? All these thoughts went running through her head, mostly doubts. But then, a voice in the back of her head said "Stop". It said that she was going to be fine. And that maybe this was a good thing. And that she should be happier. At least she wasn't dead. And with that, her stomach growled.

Delvin smirked. "Will you eat now? I think you stomach has spoken for you." he said. He got up and put on his cloths.

She smiled, rolled her eyes and got up.

"Yeah, sure. I'm about due anyway." She said.

He waited till she was dressed and headed towards his house. He wasn't sure if he should make actual food (pancakes) or something more liquid since she hadn't eaten in a while... "Do you like pancakes?" he asked.
