Asmer was curled up on her couch with her new cat. Completely black and adorable. Very fierce though. She had a couple scratches on her arms from the cat. But she loved the thing. And It worked with her hours. But today, she was off!
She was reading, not a very long book but it was still kinda thick. She didn't get a lot of time to read so she thought it would be a good time to catch up.
Someone knocked at her door. She got up- with a growl from Dusk- and went to answer the door.

"Hey Doc Starlight." Draven said, leaning against the door frame. He was in town for a few weeks. Longest break he had had in awhile. Yes.

"Hey, Sunshine. Are you injured this time?" she said, letting him in.

He took her hands and kissed her.
"I'm not. I can back in one piece, no missing parts. Ok?" He said.

"I got a cat," Asmer said, right as Dusk decided to greet Draven. At least Dusk's claws weren't out.

"Ow..." Draven muttered. "I don't think he likes me."
