Carmina and Saffron were shopping in downtown AlMaught, which was actually kinda fun. So far, they had tried on ridiculus outfits and hats, pondered over jewelry's oddness and danced through the streets.
"Saffron!" Carmina shouted. "Come on! There's a pawn shop up the road!"

Saffron smiled and stepped up her pace a bit.
"I'm right be hind you, cherie." Saffron shouted back. "How much farther is it?"

"At the end of the street!" Carrie said, excitedly. She loved pawn shops. It was kind of interesting to see what was there and wonder what kind of life the person had to sell something like his mother's wedding ring or a loved toy. They reached the pawn shop and entered. There was the scent of musky dust and mold in the pawn shop, and it was poorly lit, with barely two candles light. She loved it.

Saffron into the store right behind Carrie. It was nice, no harsh lighting or anything. The musky smell made her smile. "What do you want to look at?" she asked. She patted the side of her head to make sure her flower hadn't fallen out.

Saffron turned on spot with her eyes closed. When she opened them she was looking at the east side of the store with some of the old toys and stuffed animals. "How about there?" she asked with a small smile. She loved toys, child's things, but no matter age they still entertained you.

Carmina was already there, looking at the small toys and stuffed creatures.
"But of course, Saffron. How could you not love these things? They're so adorable!" Carrie said

Saffron nodded in agreement.
"That they are." she said. She picked up a stuffed creature that was dyed blue. "I have never met a dog this color..."

"Neither have it, but it's probably just dye, Saffron. It's not a tragedy." Carmina said. Carmina picked up a worn, threadbare stuffed bear. "Awww! It's so cute!"

"But what if somewhere a small child is looking for a blue dog to play with because when they were younger they had a stuffed blue dog?" Saffron said. She looked at the bear and smiled. "It is."

Carmina smiled alittle.
"Well, one would hope that their parent would tell them that they no longer have the blue dog, because it went somewhere to make another child happy." Carrie said. "That's waht I was always told when my stuff went missing."

Saffron half frowned and sighed.
"I guess. I hope the child wasn't selfish." she said.

"I was." Carmina said, giving a wicked grin. "You should have seen the holy tantrums I threw."

Saffron smiled widely.
"I can see that, a young brown haired girl crying throwing and yelling about her small teddy bear." she said.

"Hey! It wasn't just a teddy bear! It was THE teddy bear! Show some respect!" Carmina said, laughing. She tossed the stuffed animal she was holding at Saffron.
