"I'm Brandt. Brandt Lewis." He said to Carmina. He bowed slightly. He smiled charmingly.
"No, I don't need anything. Just the pleasure of talking to a beautiful woman." He said.

Saffron smiled shaking her head. "You better be talking about her." she said.
As much as she gave out compliments she had never had a very good feeling about Bran, so she wouldn't except them from him. Also, he just seemed to be acting awful nice to Carmina, granted it was Bran.

"I was." He said, slyly with a wink. "It's nice to meet you, Carmina. Any last name?"

She smiled back.
"Jocelyn. Carmina Jocelyn." She said. "It's nice to meet you, Mr. Lewis."

He knew that name. He knew that name well. And this had to be her daughter. How many Jocelyn's can there be in the world? And while the girl didn't look much like her, there where other clues. Like how she stood with confidence, the way she held her self over all. But he hide his surprise.
"It's nice to meet you, Miss. Jocelyn. Don't listen to a thing that Saffron says. She's rather imginative." Brandt said.

"I'm imaginative yes, but my imagination is very accurate, cherie." Ron said. "I'm not that up in the clouds!"
'I wonder if those two will end up together...' Saffron thought. 'Oh well, they would be cute but I doubt it would happen.'

He rolled his eyes.
"Like I said, don't listen to her." He said. He looked down at the bass. "You play?"

"Yeah." She said, blushing. She picked it up. "I play."

"Am I free to make requests that you play for me then?" He asked.

"Why yes, you can." She said, coyly. "What would you like to hear?"

"Would you like me to sing the lyrics too?" She asked. Normally with this type of song people wanted her to sing....blegh. He nodded in a "whatever" kinda way. She nodded. Fine.
She began playing it and sang the lyrics.
"Back to the street where we began Feeling as good as lovers can, you know Now we're feeling so good
Thinking of things we shouldnt read It looks like the end of history as we know Its just the end of the world Back to the street where we began Feeling as good as love, you could you can
Into a place, where thoughts can bloom Into a room where it's nine in the afternoon And we know that it could be And we know that it should And you know that you feel it too
'Cause it's nine in the afternoon and Your eyes are the size of the moon You could 'cause you can so you do We're feeling so good Just the way that we do
When it's nine in the afternoon Your eyes are the size of the moon You could 'cause you can so you do We're feeling so good
Back to the street Down to our feet Losing the feeling of feeling unique Do ya know what I mean?
Back to the place Where we used to say Man it feels good to feel this way Now I know what I mean
Back to the street, back to the place Back to the room where it all began Back to the room where it all beganCause it's nine in the afternoon Your eyes are the size of the moon You could 'cause you can so you do We're feeling so good Just the way that we do
When it's nine in the afternoon Your eyes are the size of the moon You could 'cause you can so you do We're feeling so good Just the way that we do When it's nine in the afternoon
Your eyes are the size of the moon You could 'cause you can so you do We're feeling so good Just the way that we do When it's nine in the afternoon" She sang. She finished.

Ron swayed with the music but didn't dance- to public. When Carmina finished Ron smiled. "I believe I was right about your voice, cherie. It is lovely." Saffron said.

"That was lovely." He said. "You've got talent. Though I still say don't trust Saffron."

Saffron stuck her tounge out at him and threw a black rose at him. "I am completely trust worthy, unlike you, petit diable." Ron said. "The diable he might be he is right, your voice is amazing,la voix angélique."
