"Hmm... Then I think you should find one," Rigan said. "You never know where you will find one."

"But what if I don't want one?" Mina asked. "I never needed one before, and I don't think I need one now."

"I said should, not have to." Rigan said. "Sometimes you can't control finding a sanctuary, it just happens. You just start feeling safe someplace, or even with someone and it becomes sanctuary. Maybe you don't need one, but it is a good thing to have sometimes."

She nodded.
"Where's yours?" She asked

"Around here. The forest. I have a certain place in it, but that is privileged information." Rigan said, with a wink.

She just nodded. She didn't want to venture too far into the woods, so even if she was interested, which she wasn't, she wouldn't even bother trying to find it. Just not worth it in her mind, of what could happen.

Rigan searched his head for a topic. But failed to find one, leading to a slightly awkward silence....

"What are you doing out here?" She asked, cocking her head to one side.

Rigan perked up a bit at a new topic but slumped back when he heard the question in it's entirety. He probably shouldn't answer honestly. "I was bored decided to go on a walk," he said simply. "You would think a plantation this big would have something to do wouldn't you?"

"I suppose." She said, quietly. "It depends on whether or not you grow stuff here. I noticed walking here that the soil is rather dry and unhealthy, and unsuitable for farming most crops."

Rigan gave a slight smile. "Yeah, It hasn't been used for proper farming in many many years. Therefore not taken care of correctly."

She looked down and it and smirked alittle. She kneeled on the ground, her skirts flowing out around her and she dug out alittle bit of soil and looked at it.
"All it needs is a cover crop or two and it should be back to a good enough state, if properly maintained. Soybeans are a good cover crop to start with." She said.

"Whats a cover crop?" Rigan asked. He would see if Restrictess would go for it later... He doubted it, but people needed food and work. Bored assains were never a good thing.

"It's a crop you plant in between growing seasons." She said. "It takes different kinds of nutrients from the soil, so it's all balanced out. Some of them even give nutrients. And fertilizers will always work."

Rigan nodded. "Oh, I don't know a lot about farming." he said.
