Phyre took all of May's advice as she gave it then it came to getting angry. He only had to think for a second for something that would get him angry. Keeping May's advice in his head as he punched he put his anger against Aeron behind the punch. Then it kept going, his doubt turned to anger. All of the pain he felt for all the things that war brought, turned to anger. All his thoughts and knowledge he had learned in the last few days that had caused doubt, pain, or actual anger went into a series of punches.
When he stopped he was slightly out of breath.

May held the punching bag as Phyre let out all his anger. It took maybe 15 minutes for him to finally slow to a stop. She had had no idea how much anger he had stored up - all from the last week or so. At the encampment he always ran to get our anger, or pounded it out on the sword he was making.
May went over to him and hugged him. They stayed like that for a while.
After some time passed May said,"I think that is enough for today, lets go back."
Phyre nodded and they left.
