It was Dody's eighteenth birthday today and she was celebrating by being at a party. It was supposively her birthday party, and it was, but there were people she didn't know there, wich she didn't mind at all, and it was really just an excuse to party. She didn't mind though. It was all very fun. The party was just getting to the point where people call parties 'in full swing'. All the pregnant people had alcohol-free drinks and the normal people were, of course, drinking normal drinks. Wich ment there were a lot of drunks, or a lot of to be drunks. Dody was in one of the corners with her friends. They were all talking and giggling and really just having a good time. "So how do these parties usually work, Amaya?" Dody opens the present, "Awww thank you. I think I'll ask for cake in a bit." Just then Jake walked over and put his hand in Dody's hand.

Jake went to look for Dody. He found her with her friends in the corner of the room. He made sure he had no alcohol on him then went over to give her his present. He took her hand. When she was done with her sentence he turned her to face him. He kissed her hand and nelt down on one knee. "This is my birthday present to you." Jake took out a little black box with a gold heart on it. Still holding her hand he opened the box and inside was an engagment ring. "Will you, Dominique, marry me?"

Dody looked down at Jake. She was shocked, exited, and so many other emotions all at the same time. "Jake, yes. Yes, I will marry you." Tears could now be seen in Dody's eyes. Jake smiled and put the ring on her finger. They kissed and Dody turned around to everybody. "Oh my gosh! I'm engaged!!"

Kyoko ran over to her friend and hugged her.
"I claim maid of honor!" She said, excited for her friend.

Dody was super exited, "Great, Amaya gives me away and Kyoko's my Maid of Honor. All my other friends can choose if they want to be guests or brides maids. As soon as the party is over, or tomorrow, wich evers easier, I will start planning my wedding!"

Jay of course was late again. When she came in Dody was glowing (more than usual). "What happened? Sorry I'm late again. Damion came and I had to calm him down a bit before I left." Jay said. She was always running on Pagan standard time....
(occ. for those that don't know that means fifteen minutes late for everything)

(ooc. so basically North Carolina time. Because almost everyone born and raised here is 15 mins. to everything.)
"So what did jackass want?" Amaya said, sipping from her cup. It went without saying that she did not like him and was glad that Jaysn married Charlie.
"You know, I have a crystal ball that won't explain what I need it to explain. Can I hit Damion over the head with it?" Amaya asked.

"Normally, I would say yes but he is way too upset right now he is beating him self up. He didn't tell me what he did but I gave him a sedative so he could sort out what ever happened." Jay said. She did actually feel genuinly bad about Damion.

"Damn. I'll find out what he did. I always do. Don't you worry Jaysn. Now, you should know that Dody is getting married. Be happy." Amaya said. She took another sip of her non-alcoholic drink and felt the babies kick. A smile lit up her face.

"Thank you Kyoko!! I love it." Dody hugged Kyoko, then Jaysn came. She and Amaya talked then Dody got a hug from Jaysn. As a congrats on getting engaged. She hugged her back and answered her question, "I've been good. And sorry but Kyoko is the bride's maid so you can be the minister."
